BUDGET FIXING

• Ensure that the budget covers all necessary expenses, including materials, labor, permits, and contingencies
CONTRACTING AND PROCUREMENT
• Select and hire contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
• Procure all necessary materials and equipment.
DEMOLITION AND SITE PREPARATION
