Great Experience, Start to Finish I really can’t say enough good things about this company. This was a 1 week scope compressed into 2 days and it was right on schedule, start to finish. Willie was wonderful to work with. He explained every detail of the process and were very responsive to the questions we had along the way. His attention to detail was outstanding and his team really worked hard to make this a good experience for us. It was also clear that the trades and suppliers we worked with had good relationships with Willie and we observed first-hand how important that is in making the process go smoothly.
Great contractor! Helped us renovate our office and even settled our water issues with the MCST and Landlord. Highly recommend.
Engaged officestac for our house renovation in Q4 2022. Am very pleased with the house renovation done and it exceeded my expectations of creating a warm and cosy feeling for our family! The quality of workmanship is very good too. The entire experience from designing the house, explaining the process throughout the process and selection of materials have been handled by professionally. Thank you to the team for the wondering renovation experience created for my family and myself 🙂
Satisfied with the overall renovation and reasonable pricing with no hidden cost. Quality service and always up to our expectations.
Willie did a good job and very prompt with his service. We are happy with the service provided
I've contracted OfficeStac/Shengwang for commercial renovation services on behalf of my company located at Blk 67 Ayer Rajah Crescent. The project was completed earlier this month (Sep 2022). It was my first time doing a renovation project and I must say their service is excellent. Because this was my first experience, I was very worried at the start when sourcing for contractors as I heard and read stories about nightmare contractors with shady works. I worried about building compliance, electrical fittings, lightings, budget etc., and most important of all, the trust on getting the job done. I must say I am very satisfied with the the successful completion of my company's renovation project with OfficeStac/Shengwang and believe me, this company have them all covered, and needless to say excellent communication and transparency in what they do. I also had last minute installation of shelves as my department realized they need more storage space and Willie and his team went out of their way to purchase and have them installed for me! Really appreciate the extra effort on this. I highly recommend them for their services and I have complete trust in Willie and his team. I trusted the reviews left by other clients of his and I am very happy that I did so. Engage them for works and see for yourself!
Office renovation with very good interior design. The colour, furniture, light let me feel peaceful and comfortable.
Beyond SEO firepower, a slightly more intangible, but equally valuable reason to generate reviews is the valuable customer insights you gain. If you are routinely praised for excellent service or a specific product, then this could factor more into your brand’s messaging. Conversely, if long wait times or rude staff come up time-and-time again, then it means that it’s time to make a change. If you take the time to generate reviews, respond to them, and learn from their feedback, not only will your search performance improve, so will your bottom-line.
