Terms and conditions
Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before engaging in any renovation or reinstatement services provided by Officestac. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services

- Officestac specializes in renovation and reinstatement services for commercial properties in Singapore.
- The scope of work for each project will be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to commencing any work.
- Our services include but are not limited to:
- Office space planning and design
- Renovation and construction work
- Electrical and plumbing installations
- Carpentry and joinery
- Painting and finishing work
- Office furniture and equipment installation
- Reinstatement of leased premises
Quotations and Payments
- Officestac will provide a detailed quotation for the proposed services, including costs, materials, and timelines.
- Quotations provided by Officestac are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
- Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation and must be adhered to by the client.
- All payments must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Changes and Variations
- Any changes or variations to the agreed scope of work must be requested in writing by the client.
- Officestac reserves the right to revise the quotation and timeline to accommodate any approved changes or variations.
- Additional costs incurred as a result of changes or variations will be communicated to the client, and payment terms for the additional costs will be agreed upon before proceeding with the changes.
Materials and Suppliers
- Officestac will provide materials and engage suppliers as outlined in the quotation, subject to availability.
- In the event that specific materials or suppliers become unavailable, Officestac reserves the right to source alternative materials or suppliers of equal quality and value.
- Any changes to materials or suppliers will be communicated to the client in a timely manner.
Delays and Force Majeure
- Officestac will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the agreed timeline.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, inclement weather, regulatory approvals, third-party delays, or other force majeure events.
- Officestac will notify the client promptly of any anticipated delays and make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact on the project timeline.
Warranty and Liability
- Officestac provides a warranty on the renovation and reinstatement work performed for a period of 12 months from the date of project completion.
- The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials supplied by Officestac.
- The warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or unauthorized modifications made by the client or any third party.
- Officestac’s liability is limited to the cost of rectifying or replacing the defective work or materials, at its sole discretion.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the contract by providing written notice to the other party.
- In the event of termination, the client will be liable for any costs incurred up to the termination date, including any work completed, materials purchased, or third-party services engaged.
Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the project.
- Officestac retains all intellectual property rights associated with its designs, plans, and specifications, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
By engaging Officestac’s renovation and reinstatement services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
